Description Pressure calibrator
This calibrator is designed for verifying general-purpose pressure
gauges, with a test pressure capability of up to 60 MPa and a
vacuum testing capability down to -0.08 MPa.
Primary Functions:
Calibration of General Pressure Gauges (Accuracy Class 1.6, 2.5, or lower).
Calibration of Mechanical Pressure Switches (Accuracy Class 1.6, 2.5, or lower).
Pressure Supply: Serves as a stable pressure source for testing purposes.
Pressure Gauge Calibrator Components
The XY-6/60 pressure gauge calibrator consists of a hand pump (1),
an oil cup (2), and two check valves (3). These components are
interconnected via tubing (4) and mounted on a baseplate (5).
Each check valve is equipped with M20x1.5 locking nuts for
connecting both the reference precision pressure gauge and the
gauge under test.
Operating Principle:
By closing the oil cup valve and rotating the handwheel to displace
the piston, the system generates pressure (or vacuum). This
pressure is transmitted to both gauges. The reading on the
precision reference gauge is then used to verify and calibrate the
gauge being tested.

Hydraulic pressure calibrator Maintenance and repair
1)Cleaning parts, instrument and regular cleaning, assembled into
undisturbed.
2)Should not be mixed with impurities in the oil or stolen goods,
use after a period of time, must replace the new oil.
3) When not in use must be covered with cloth cover, to prevent
dust entering the calibrator.
