The Intelligent Wireless Pressure Transmitter is a low-power, smart
instrument with wireless communication functionality. It utilizes
an advanced industrial-grade MCU as its core and a high-quality
sensor as the front-end for data acquisition. Integrated with an
IoT wireless NB-IoT data module and leveraging China Telecom's
NB-IoT network, it enables wireless transmission of field
instrument data to the cloud.
It employs two modes: timed transmission and communication alarm,
allowing for the timely detection of abnormal pressure, thereby
ensuring pipeline safety. The product features an industrial,
moisture-proof design. For the sensor, it uses a diaphragm-sealed
diffused silicon core, performs multi-point temperature
compensation, and achieves stable data acquisition, guaranteeing
data reliability and accuracy.
It comes with a local LCD digital display head; zero point and span
adjustment are convenient. It includes reverse polarity protection
and current limiting protection, is resistant to lightning strikes
and shocks, intrinsically safe and moisture-proof, compact,
aesthetically pleasing, cost-effective, and offers high accuracy,
high stability, and high reliability.

· NB-IoT network offers wide geographical coverage, automatic
network connection calibration, and automatic reconnection after
disconnection.
· Uses a five-digit ultra-high resolution LCD screen.
· Oversized display screen (42*30) capable of simultaneously
displaying ambient temperature.
· Antenna options: integrated external antenna; an external antenna
can be chosen for areas with weak signals.
· Built-in low-power consumption circuit and a large-capacity
9900mAh lithium battery (19Ah optional).
· One data packet reports the last 48 pressure points (data points
are recorded at 30-minute intervals).
· Upper and lower threshold alarm limits, with both high and low
alarm functions; includes a battery capacity alarm prompt.
· All instrument settings can be configured via the server by
sending device parameters, eliminating the need for on-site
parameter setting.
· No button operation required; an infrared remote control can be
used for local instrument operation, preventing field operational
errors.
