Product Description
The capacitance level gauge is a level(material level) transmitter
that can be used for measuring liquids, oils, solids, and
interfaces. It has no moving parts, significantly improving
reliability, and is unaffected by steam, dust, or condensation. It
features long-term operational stability and reliability, high
sensitivity, good linearity, resistance to high temperatures, and
tolerance to high pressure. This product is a two-wire system
(loop-powered) with a 4~20mA DC measurement signal, making it easy
to calibrate. Capacitance level gauges are widely used in various
fields such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power,
papermaking, and pharmaceuticals. The product operates based on the
capacitive sensing principle: changes in the height of the measured
medium submerging the measuring electrode cause a change in its
capacitance. It converts changes in the height of various material
levels and liquid level media into a standard current signal, which
can be transmitted remotely to the operation control room for
centralized display, alarm, or automatic control by secondary
instruments or computer systems.
