Introduction

The tuning fork density meter is an online process instrument that measures liquid or slurry density by detecting the resonant frequency change of a vibrating fork. It provides real-time, continuous density and concentration output with high accuracy (±0.001 g/cm³) and excellent stability. The device has no moving parts, requires little maintenance, and supports 4-20 mA plus RS485 Modbus communication. It is available in insertion, flange, or sanitary clamp designs, with 316L stainless steel wetted parts.
